Dedicated to the memory of Maria Milagros Farrington
Maria Milagros Farrington was blessed with a warm, compassionate and generous disposition. Her infectious personality meant that she was well respected and liked by friends and acquaintances alike. In life Maria was committed to helping in any way she could those that were often disadvantaged in life. She visited and supported people in ghettos as a young woman and worked with disabled children. Using her creative flair for design she organised many charity fashion shows and supported a number of charities. She studied pastoral studies and acted as an industrial chaplain, eventually taking her definitive promises as a Secular Carmelite.
